Caitlin Zachow is a ceramic artist based in Michigan, just outside of Detroit. Her research focuses on themes of identity and self-exploration with an overarching focus on control through investigations in contemporary sculpture and pop-surrealism. Born and raised in Michigan, her work is heavily inspired by the concept of home as it relates to self-identity. She received her BFA in Ceramics as well as a BA in psychology from Wayne State University in 2021.
