Sculpture

My sculptures express the beauty of nature and the tension created by our manipulation of the environment. Through abstraction, I translate my visions of botanical shapes and landscapes into beautiful forms and surfaces. I use disparate materials and forms to create tension in my sculptures. My goal is to maintain a balance between my conceptual ideas and my aesthetic sensibilities of form, texture, and color to create objects that are visually and conceptually compelling.

Pottery

The cups I make carry my energy and are the interpretation of my experiences and surroundings. Cups have the power to form an atmosphere around the drinking experience. Whether by your self or with good friends, intimate objects enhancing our daily rituals and add quality to life.
