Matt Long, Professor of Ceramics at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) visited Red Lodge in the Fall of 2006 to build the Center’s first kiln on the outdoor kiln yard patio. The cross draft style soda kiln is 16 cubic feet and is fired by many of our resident artists.
